 Modern Pyramids furnished the MEP design for a commercial renovation project. A residence was transformed into a legal office. The layout included multiple offices, reception, lounge, kitchenette, and conferencing areas. The mechanical design made provisions for new air handling units and compressors. Each room yielded a unique power and lighting solution. The project is located in the southern portion of Gwinett County, Georgia.
Renovated paking facilities in Atlanta, GA required modifications in the lighting system. Recessed down lights replaced bay lighting. Electrical unit heaters were suspended for comfort. MPI provided the design for the renovations to an existing electrical distribution system to support the additional electrical loads. |
